The Zeera Aloo had crispy fried otatoes tossed with cumin, green chilies, dry spices, and garnished with fresh coriander. It was not too spicy, but still had a robust flavor. The Korma was loaded with lots of juicy pieces of mutton, in a thick, creamy and rich gravy made with nuts, yogurt, and spices. The Mutton Tikka had succulent mutton chunks marinated in aromatics and then grilled in the tandoor, and they got the cook on the mutton right, but the kebabs could have packed a bit more punch of flavor.įor main course, we went with Mutton Korma and Zeera Aloo. The kebabs came with ulte tawe ka parantha, which were thin and stretchy, but were a bit too oily. The Galouti Kebab had a soft and melt-in-the-mouth texture and the mutton was spiced deftly. We ordered Dahi Kebab, which were slightly different from the regular ones as they had some finely diced bell peppers in them, and the kebabs had a nice tartness to them.
